Monthly EA subscription not working

Hi,

I have a monthly subscription for EA. I activated it on April 10, 2020. I could see on my accound that my subscription ends on May 9,2020.

But I am not able to access FIFA 2020. It says 'Your trial for this game has expired'. I played for 8 hours maximum.

But I have a monthly subscription. This is bizarre.

 

I am using Xbox one

 

Kindly assist me on this.
