Dear

i have same issue cant go through Ultimate team since tow days ago using PS4 console

and i did all troubleshooting but still same issue. Please some one help me

Also try restoring the game licenses in your PS4 settings, and doing a hard reset on your Console.

Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.

i tried that many times but its not helpful ... i think the issue from my account with only Ultimate team not from the network connection or ps4 console.
