1/2 second lag on Fifa 20

Keep getting a 1/2second lag it’s horrendous. You can’t defend and attacking is near impossible.

im losing matches I shouldn’t be losing which means I’m losing coins.

anyway I can fix this?

only happening with FIFA 20
