I bought FIFA 20 two weeks ago and discovered that I couldn't play due to an account block. My account had been hacked and someone in Russia had taken over my EA account since I last played FIFA 19. 

I've had my account recovered and reconnected to my email address, however I haven't got the email that relates to the violation, so I can't do anything about it! I've tried using the online chat, but they keep on "escalating", but nothing actually happens.

It's really frustrating that I can't speak to someone directly about this. This renders me unable to buy and FIFA products in the future - seems like it's easier to start buying Pro Evo again.
