We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to fifa 20 ultimate team
So my Issue is:
Unable to connect to Ultimate Team in FIFA20, I can log into Ultimate Team but then as soon as I want to play any game mode i have the white loading dot I can't press anything and I have to wait until I get kicked out.
Error:
"We are sorry but there has been an error connecting to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. You will be returned to the main menu."
PSN ID: averql
Platform: PS4
Key insights:
- Everyone of my friends can play normally and dont have any issues
- I can play easily other online games like GTA
- I played ultimate
Other troubleshooting performed:
- Refreshed PS4 database
- Reset network licenses for PS4
- Checked Wired/WIFI connections (online games like GTA no problem)- Deleted Application Saved Data management for FIFA in PS4
Can somebody help me?

Im having the same issue.. no help.. no solutions... i've spent 1000s on this game... WHYYY!!

I am having the same issuem "There was a problem communicating with the Fifa Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later." Doesn't actually disconnect me from the servers. I don't get disconnected from PS4 chat party. Internet is working fine on ethernet cable

Hi @averal09,
Can you try changing your DNS to the Google or OpenDNS please and let me know if that helps at all?
