View FIFA20 SBC Issue

FIFA20 SBC Issue

I completed FIFA20 SBC-Players-Premier League last week when i noticed there would be a new player to choose from this pack. And I redeemed this pack today when I saw Shaqiri-87 is available.

However, only Foyth-84 and Meyer-84 are avaiable in my pack!!!

I had online chat with customer service team but they said they could not find any record on this task in the last 14 days and cannot see any play pick after they logged in my account on web app.

I am so frustrated!!! Can anyone help? THANKS in advance.

Hi @KelvinShi0327,

If you completed the League SBC before the new player was available yesterday at 6 PM GMT you won't be able to pick him, this is the same across all League SBC's.
