Speed lag/players running past everything

How do I fix this issue, every game for the past few weeks has been heavily lagging. This isn't just an excuse caus I'm terrible I'm getting mashed in div 10 5-0+ caus my latency us over 1000 ping 1 red bar.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm with sky broadband play WiFi as my router is far away.

its called Scripting, this is how this game works you go in win streak then the loose streak starts but sometimes you are almost beating this scripting so the game does everything to make you lose for example you will only hit Crossbars, Player get Handicapped, Getting alot of lagg
