500 Games - Transfer market locked

I moved from PES To Fifa last june (FIFA 19)
played 100 games fifa 19, 500 games fifa 20 in UT
All modes - fut champs all, dr, sb, online drafts, offline drafts, all the new shi tty couhch play
still no access via web app/phone
keep telling me: continue playing in order to get access
what is this ****??? it is going to be opened?
never banned before, never warned, never do anything i shoudn't like the ea page say play by rules
broken algorithem, broken company
going to buy PES again with the discount of PS PLUS
