Why is ea breaking its own game guarantee

Hi why does ea think that the gamers team just stop playing delay on shots runs passes going always wrong players running like there in sand on replay 's the ball is pointing 1 way then change's direction after pass to the other side goalkeeper's just falling over surely if your not able to play half the games as the in game proformace is been effected refs giving fouls for no reason not giving you anything Def jumping back away from the ball before you take control mid not able to pass att just stumbles or won't run the bar on the screen stays the same just until the other teams are on top you tackle they just stumble onto it again rebounds right back to them but if you hit a full power shot and it hits the Def it will either rebound as a perfect through ball 8 out of 10 times the other 2 it just drops without no rebound impossible now if these issues weren't happening in the same game or without the ref messing around you'd expect that but All of them programme failures all at once in 40% of games could be seen as breaking ea s own quality guarantee that was put up a few days ago I would like a answer as I don't want to be rude or smart but all that's ever said is I'll pass it to the departments but never seem to follow up on it maybe if ea explaned the cause of the In game proformace been bad the customers who pay ea a lot of money for the licence right to play there game would understand do these departments never answer you back or do they just not care as long as there making there cash
