My FUT acc was hacked
Hi,
So long story short, I played some WL games last night (24.04.2020) and this morning I woke up to find out that all my high rated tradeable cards were gone from my account. Around 1 million in coins value :/
As per EA's log book, my account was accessed over the night from Tunis, Tunisia.
I've already contacted EA/help for assistance but so far no news
I would like to know how does EA deal with such matter and the measures taken to protect gamers' privacy in such situations
I'm very desperate, pls help me recover my team

Thanks for reverting back.
I can guess it will take some time before they review my case.
I chatted with someone from your support team this evening about the matter and gave all the credentials to verify and secure my account.
I would really appreciate that needful is done before the end of the current WL, but I doubt it will be possible.
May I ask you if you had had these special cases in the past and how were they handled?
I have more than 45 days of play time on FUT 20 and i've tried hard to build a very competitive team without spending any fifa points (not possible anyways in Belgium).
Not recovering my players or getting any form of compensation would be difficult for me to accept.

You need to speak with one of Game Advisors. They will be able to provide you with assistance. If you can't conatct EA Help via help page you can try to reach @EAHelp on Twitter.

Hello,
I just suffered the same exact issue. I was playing WL last night and just opened up my account right now and had lost over a hundred players including prime moments essien losing over a million coins in tradable cards. It also appears that someone had played 2 WL games of mine. Lastly many low rated cards were bought by my account for the max price of 10k that i had nothing to do with.
I am unaware of how to access my ea logbook and am currently unable to access ea/help.
I would appreciate any support in the matter that would help me regain all of the cards and coins that I have lost.
