How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure but I have seen that other people on here are having the same issues so that might help.
What happens when the bug occurs? Most times, probably 8 times out of 10, when I win a FUT Rivals match—either because my opponent disconnects when I'm ahead or I'm simply ahead at the end of the game—a loading icon appears at the bottom of the screen for about 5 minutes before a message appears on my screen saying something to the effect of "You could not connect to FIFA 20 Ultimate Team" or "EA Sports couldn't process your request". I'm then forced to close and restart the FIFA 20 app, and when I return to the FUT Menu, I've been given a loss, which is very disappointing, especially considering I've been dropped 2 divisions since this happens so much. Please help me resolve this. Thanks.
What should be happening instead? I should be returned to the FUT Menu and I should receive the win I've earned.
