Hi @OscarHumphrey,

Once an EA Account and PSN ID/Gamertag are linked it's permanently linked. You can link a different Twitch Prime account to your PSN ID however by going into Twitch and removing the Electronic Arts from the list at https://www.twitch.tv/settings/connections.
