Not unlike many other players, I was repeatedly scoring from crosses with Premier League players in Rivals wins and not receiving credit for the Premier Placement piece of the Player Moments Laporte objective set. I contacted EA Support via chat on May 1 and was told this is a known issue and that I would be receiving credit for the objective along with the applicable rewards (including PM Laporte), but should wait 24 hours to hear from EA. Now 4 days later, no rewards, no contact...so I start another chat with EA Support and am told this is NOT a known issue and I will be receiving no rewards. It should be noted that I saved the transcript from this initial chat with Swati on May 1 where I confirmed this, and here is a snippet:

Joe (5/1/2020, 2:24:47 PM): Ok, so I can expect that at some point in the next day or so I will receive credit for completing this objective and receive Player Moments Laporte, correct?
Swati (5/1/2020, 2:25:32 PM): Yes !

What do I do here?
