Invalid account?
When I try to play FIFA 20 online the following message appears:
"This account is invalid. Please visit help.EA.com for more information."
Can anyone please shed any light on what I can do to resolve this? Much appreciated.

I'm in the same boat. I'm about fed up with half the stuff that happen with ea. I have no problems with any other game but fifa 20 always seems to be messing up one way or another. My current problem is my account is invalid, I'm sorry was the £50 I paid not enough. I pre ordered the game and 1. Didn't receive any otw pack 2. Received non of the packs promised. I primarily want to get my account 'validated' but some form of compensation for my missing content wouldn't be terrible.
