FUT Birthday completionist 2 objective reward not received

Greetings,

I have completed all the requirements for the weekly objective called "FUT Birthday daily completionist 2" but I haven't received the reward(megapack) after completing the requirements. I will attach picture as a proof of completion yet not receiving the reward. My Xbox gamertag is Th3 Indianb3ast. I think it's a glitch and I hope it gets fixed soon. Is anyone else having the same issue?

In my opinion, they are issued on Thursday.
Well, or within a week.
