Hello, 

I have contacted EA about an issue regarding the players received in the TOTW Upgrade packs. it appeared that within 5 packs I had received 3 Demiguet and 2 Tarkowkski. EA live chat supervisor "Harishankar" believed this was something far beyond their ability, understanding the bug which is in the packs. they explained that I take it onto this, and get further support by the concerns team for further re-search.

please help this situation
