FIFA 20 Ultimate Team - XP Issue

Hello, I'm currently playing FIFA 20 Ultimate Team. I've been playing it for a while (Only playing Squad Battles) and getting XP toward the season objective. But since this new season came a couple of days a go I've played 10 games on Squad Battles and only got XP for three of those games. I've contacted EA about this twice and did all the troubleshooting steps they gave and the issue still stands. I was hoping that someone may be able to give me another option to try to fix this.

Hi @BeardedWeirdo94 

 

If you used  used all your refreshes you're not able to earn any more points.

You can play Squad Battles 40 times a week, but refreshes also count.

Hi @BeardedWeirdo94,

You only earn XP if you complete an objective, you don't get XP just for playing a game.

I know. I mean XP towards the season progress not the actual squad battle points
