Fifa 20 pc kicks me out of game to desktop.

So having issues playing fifa 20 on pc. When playing carer mode, the game will randomly just kick me from the playing screen to the desktop screen. I then have to click on the game to get back where I was playing. Its really annoying. Any suggestions please?
