Doesn’t let me in when I click play

I opened the game but when I opened it I choose the language but then I click press A to start and it will continue loading for 3 1/2 hours and I bought it online 3 days agoo I restart it several times. I uninstalled twice and it is the same. I buy the video game online and I was only able to play 2 times
