EA won’t resolve your issue. Not only are they slow but don’t even offer a phone number to call. I’ve had the same issue for two weeks with back and forth cases submitted with no resolution. Never had an issue for years until recently. I also don’t have access to old email to reset my account. Good luck.

Whenever i try to get onto fifa 20 it says my account is invalid and i never had this problem til now, and i did research and i think that i have to change the password on my ea account, but the problem is is that the email used to make my ea count is old and was my dads old email that he deactivated. So i can not reset my password so i tried to make a new email and link my psn to it, but it says it’s ineligible so i’m starting to question if i’m ever going to be able to play online again because i can’t do anything about it.

Hello,
I am trying to contact someone of the helpdesk but I cannot find anything to contact EA for my problem.
If i start fifa 20 on my Xbox the game cannot log in on my account because it says that my account is invalid and I have to vist EA.com/nl for more information but there is nothing that I can find for my problem.
Can someone help me with this problem please? I play FUT so I have an account. My gamertag is cedricwts93.
