Game Crashing Upon Startup
Issue:
Game will not start. When the software is launch the opening fifa card appears and then the screen just goes black and does not load.
I've tried hard reboots, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, checked for updates but nothing has resolved the issue.
System: Xbox One S
Can you guys help provide a solution?

Hi @DCValour00,
Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?
