People complained that legendary and world class were on the same level, but why they did not decrease the difficulty of world class level instead of increasing legendary difficulty. I don't understand.
Do they mean division rivals and fut champion are not hard enough? I think squad battles should be a more-comfortable mode, compare with these two game modes. But after the update it is even more annoying than division rivals. Now it is really hard for me to win against legendary level teams, which have the same ovr with my team.

I don't mind that they changed the difficulty, but it has been done in such a way that gameplay is less fun across all difficulty levels.
Make Squad Battles fun! EA killing it.

Yeah I don’t have a problem with the difficulty increase as such, more the way they’ve achieved it.
The CPU can barge through you, stick legs out to win the ball in ridiculous positions and their slide tackles in the box are nailed on perfect, it’s like a rugby match but you never actually get a foul... surely there’s a way to increase the difficulty that doesn’t feel like you’re playing against the ref, they’re literally allowed to be inside you and nothing gets called.
Oh and every single game is high press, their bronze players able to both track your run and contain the man in possession.. it feels like fighting a losing battle from the off sometimes.

I know the last update said that the difficulty changes were to legendary, but I swear they must have made world class harder too. I've been scraping 1-0 wins against terrible teams in SB on world class difficulty. Before the update, I could 5-0 average teams on legendary without too much trouble. I don't play a lot of squad battles, but I don't know if I could even beat the AI on legendary anymore unless I showed up with my real team.

I still find world class harder than legendary though, before and after the update. I think the main problem with gameplay is tackling, i.e. getting tackled and you tackling the opponent. It just doesn't work when I try to tackle them, the control just gets ignored or it's a foul, literally every tackle where my player actually lunges instead of doing nothing, is a foul. And the opponent AI tackling is ridiculous, they just sprint into you, sometimes literally through you, fouling you most of the time, but nothing gets called. You can't avoid getting tackled either because the gameplay is soooooo slow. As soon as an opponent is near your player, he will flinch and not control the ball. It's literally unplayable.

People were complaining world class and legendary were on the same level so they increased legendary difficulty on last update.
I’m on the same boat, I play both weak squads on ultimate and can easily win while on legendary have trouble to win 1-0 when facing the strong ones sometimes.

I struggle on world class. Find AI too be far too aggressive and very attacking. With how **** tackling is. I play easy games on legendary and anything over 80 on pro
