Latency delay ping problems

I`m having latency, delay, ping problem
Tracerout looks exactly same compare to results players reporting on this forum , when im trying to go past ZAYO servers, i have over 120 ping, befor ZAYO 40
I talked with my ISP, they told me they inspected all from their side, i had technician in my home, all checked from my point, diferent ps4, cables, routers, conection, im no fiber now, still Huge ping spike and packet loss on ZAYO servers, on 3 hops from zayo i have:
64.125.29.118 - 93,8% packet loss
64.125.29.126 - 86 % packet loss
64.125.29.247 - 11% packet loss
from this 1 ZAYO servers huge ping spike plus 70 64.125.30.254
i looked on net, people are reporting issues same as we when ZAYO servers are on our path, i dont see this ping spike on other games where ZAYO servers are not on rout, tryed all possible combinations, dmz, port forwarding, i even manage to connect ps4 past my router with pppoe, open nat type 1, nothing change, u EA help, said therer are some hidden packets on the way issue with my localization, but from my side no1 is sending them, when i tracerout easo.ea.com from online external servers, just to test how results will show, all are broken when ZAYO is on the way, if i chose server with tracerout were are no ZAYO servers no issues, no ping spike,
I`m 100% sure there is some issue on ZAYO servers, even testing rout from my mobile same results, techican from my isp who checked rout from his phone aswell had 30 ping, with maybe 6 hops? no ZAYO servers no problem
i sow reports and posts on oterh games same results, same ZAYO servers problems
I dont have any more ideas how to fix tshi problem and im pretty sure there are thousands if not more playres with the same issue, but console players cant do much from console side adn not techical oriented.
Can YOU PLEASE DELETE( i know its imposible) ZAYO servers from routing or contact to inspect their servers
