Tried to buy several times Bronze player from Piemonte Calcio “Mavididi” with buy now option and when I needed to select an action for the card the menu was just empty and the player disappeared. Result: i’ve lost several k of coins without having Mavididi.

I read about other people with the same problem, Did someone receive the coins back?

To who do i need to report the issue? EA support with live chat was unable to help me
