friendlies - Your opponent has left the match

We have a problem when I am trying to play on PC against friends. We can't play against each other on friendlies or FUT, but we can play co-op seasons. We successfully play friendlies  3 times now, the other 95% was just shown brick wall, then the error is: "Your opponent has left the match" Solution?

Same issue on PS4. All I can find is answers saying "Check your connection" and things regarding this.

 

We have checked, and can connect every time in co-op, but never in friendlies.

 

Please, EA, why?!
