Can’t connect to EA Server FIFA 20 to access FUT

I have tried everything and all the EA recommended fixes on here.

ps4 download on Friday 15th - haven’t got on once! Can access seasons etc but FUT - no!!!!!!

The bizarre thing is the other PS4 in the house works fine, as does my brothers Xbox one!!!

what is going on?
