Disconneting Mid game.
I was 60 minutes into my 7th FUT champs game winning 4-0 and I lost connection to ea servers? Even tho the signal strength was strong. And now it has counted as a loss rather than a win. Any help?.

@EA_Cadehows that fair tho? If I was 29-0 and this was my last game, cruising 4-0 and I lose my connection because your servers aren't good enough, hows that my fault? Theres surely a way you can change a loss to a win. I never sually complain but its not my fault so I deserve something?

I simply can’t accept that if you get disconnected by any reason, you automatically have to count that game as a 0-3 loss in FUT. I can understand that you don’t automatically get the win, but getting it voided and not even being able to play it again??
EA Madden allows you to resume the game that was interrupted by power/connection cut. How come FIFA can’t?

Hi @oocraigo,
If your game session is interrupted the game will determine based on several factors whether the game is recorded as a win, loss or if it's replayed as if it never happened. This process is entirely automated and we have no sway over its outcome I'm afraid.
