So I've been playing fifa 20 for a while now and for the first time it tell me that my FIFA 20 settings file is corrupt

It doesn't say person settings 1 faild to load. No it says Your FIFA 20 settings file is corrupt and it only givese three options

•Retry

•Create new settings file

•Continue without saving

Retry dosen't work but I don't want to create a new one and lose all my data is there anything I can do  to restore my data
