An IT technician can really help with my case.

After the last two updates of FIFA, The game is being completely unplayable to me. The players are literally refusing to run, pass, dribble or through pass, or defend. I tried all troubleshooting methods on all consoles, and I even opened every port available for FIFA.

This is something related to the account syncing or game syncing since they said there is a new server installed in Sweden, I live in Norway. Please I sincerely wish for an advice or tips on fixing this matter. I can't win one single match on any game mode, neither Legendary AI. Please help ASAP, WL is starting soon
