FUT 20 didn’t pack red cards

Instead of giving me red picks from totw i got normal gold cards, i cannot believe... If i didn’t get the red cards to choose im done EA, simply CANNOT BELIEVE!!!

It’s crazy, I also didn’t pack nothing on my TOTW red player pick because they were GOLD PLAYERS!!! What can I do for this EAsports?
