please i have problem with my Fifa 20 and i talked with two EA  Service Representatives , they tried to help me but did not succeed.

 i feel like i have to call someone and explain my problem to him on the phone . My English isn't that good and its really hard to explain the problem like that.

so how i contact with someone on phone?

basically   my problem is : 

Origin wants me to update the game but the windows block me from doing it .

i tried to Uninstall Origin and Install it back - didn't work.

i tried to Uninstall Fifa 20 and Install it back - didn't work.

i tried to delete some Origin File as the two representatives told me   - didn't work.

nothing work and i really want to talked with someone can anyone help me with that?
