I got hacked on fifa 20
So I woke up this morning and checked my fifa(I only bought fifa 20 1 month ago) where I find that i have lost 250k coins and am left with 358 and also my icon swaps litmanen was submitted into a sbc so I can get back. I spent hours on the ea chat room to which I was told that I have no case as apparently my account was not compromised and I was not hacked. So people at ea I have purposely lost 250k and put my 91 rated card into a 81rating sbc.
They provided no help and now I am lost as to what to do as I have no coins or players as the hacker sold them and traded the coins onto his account.
Can anyone help or put me in the right direction of what to do next

I was hacked this monday and ia lost 1M coins and all my tradables , i complain to the fifa chat , and after 3 hours , they finaly admitted that i as hacked . they said that ia will receive an email after to give my stuff back , but i didnt receive any e mail . what should i do ?Any of you receivd your money back ?

is your case resolved? my case took 7 weeks and then they will accuse you of coin distribution, after 7 weeks waiting, i was pretty pissed off with them, so they told me i would have a answer in an hour. and yesss they accused me of things i did not even know it exist. so basically they let you wait for 3 weeks but they could resolve it in an hour. EAHELP will not help you. i am looking world wide how many cases EAhelp messed up, I can tell you 95% of the cases involved hacking, and we are speaking of thousands of cases , will never been resolved , it's easier to accuse someone of wrongdoing then resolve your problem and go after those hackers. i asked them for proof of wrongdoing, and i never get an answer, i asked who can my lawyer contact, they give some address in Ireland, my lawyer send letter, and tried to call, nobody answers and i found out nobody is physical in that building, it's a building only for tax and fiscal purposes to pay less tax. Ireland is a Fiscal paradise. It's insane, now i reached out to a television network and they are willing to investigate this with EAHELP. I will not give up, I lost probably 10.ooo euro buying packs and i feel robbed, instead of helpt by EAHELP.

@EA_Cade what about my account . The first year of fut I made 50k and my account was hacked. Someone listed bronze players and transferred my coins out by buying bronze players. I made a complaint about it and I was treated like yesterdays trash. Can anything be done about it? I know it was years ago but being hacked shouldnt be ignored no matter the situation. Customer service should help its customers not just throw the case out because they cant be bothered. I never got my coins back and in fifa19 I got told there was a sync error which resulted in my players price on the market being changed from 1.450,000 start price to his lowest price. The problem was he was listed for 12 hours and most of the day it was at that price then somehow it changed price. I asked how could I avoid this because it was so costly and he said not to use the web app until it's fixed. So surely I was owed my coins back ...yes I got my coins from selling but that ea tax was around 50k. He sold for 1 mill but lost 50k if he sold for 1,450,000 I would of made a profit even with ea tax but something went wrong. When will I get this back ?

HI @Louis1210 , I got hacked yesterday, someone coin transferred 560k worth of Luis Suarez cards and this was confirmed by EA live chat, however, they did not think it was suspicious that I would overpay for 5 Suarez cards and then proceed to quick sell them. Like where is the logic in that? They just told me that it does not seem there is any suspicious activity like robots and therefore they cannot refund me my coins. Also, many of their people on live chat really struggle to understand questions sometimes. Eventually, all I wanted to know is what the location was of the person that got into my account during that time - with no answers at all. Also, why would I actively phone them to tell them coin transferring was happening on my account fully knowing I would possibly get banned. They can see it on their systems, but just because for some reason that does not seem suspicious, they disregard that someone has hacked my account, quite pathetic actually.
