Refund fail

I bought a FIFA 20 game which dosent load so I cant play. Instead it says that its running at it says that I have already played 3h which is not true!!!! I applied for a refund and it says that it was a failure. TECHNICAL ERROR OR AN ISSUE WITH MY PAYMENT METHOD

I want my money back and who can I contact!!! This is the worst game I have ever bought and I REGRET PURCHASING FROM ORIGIN!!!
