Can't log in to EA server

When trying to connect to servers on fifa 20 PS4 it is asking for login verification, when it takes me here it gives me the option to receive the code via email or mobile app authenticator, the email which it is showing is not mine and I cannot change it. The email is mo*****@mail.ru, this seems like it may be off russian domain . And I'm in the UK.

I can't change this, I have an EA account and when I go to the customise settings on fifa 20 the email above is the only option I have

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
