Hello, I need this urgently sorting out from EA help.

I was in a game of FUT champs, and I paused the game at half time to get a drink, when I come back, it says you have forfeited the match due to inactivity, yet when I screen recorded the gameplay, the pause was still going on, and I was just suddenly kicked for no reason.

What makes this so infuriating, is that I was playing my last game of the weekend league to get Silver 1. Now I can't achieve this thanks to this horrendous bug.

Please can someone at EA see this and either grant my account the win, or at the very least another game for me to try and grasp silver 1.
