Fifa 20 Error CE-34878-0 and FUT Deleted

I was in squad building challenges the other day and the game crashed and come up with error CE-34878-0. I reset the PlayStation as it said and when I went back in to FUT and all my first squad had been turned into concept players which I couldn’t play with so I tuned the PlayStation off.
When I went back to FUT the next day the concept players had been deleted!
And now Ive just started playing online single drafts and it crashed again in mid game, same error code CE-34878-0. Now it said I’ve lost the game and the coins I payed to enter it!
Can anyone help?
Will EA refund me the money I’ve lost or reinstate the players I’ve lots?

Hello everytime i play fifa the error happens and close the application. I already changes ps4 and cd and the error keep happening. what can i do? i already initialized and rebulit data base too
