login verification issues
hi,
i have raised a case, where i cannot seem to play fifa 20 online because i cannot get passed login verification, there is a random email that is not mine.. i have received an email back saying i need to either go on live chat or call the number however neither the number works or the live chat option is available...can i put my case number and my phone number so someone can reach out to me and sort this out...i just bought fifa20 and it is really annoying that i cannot play it....

@beefbedouin I’ve the same problem and get the same automated, unhelpful responses. Absolute joke.

hi,
i did that and got a response saying i have not given enough information.. but i did!!!! i gave all the details..and i am raising a new one again now... i basically bought a game and you guys arent allowing me to play online because i was hacked? and it seems that it is my issue that i got hacked? instead of sorting this out for me i am being penalised? thank you ea team
