My account was hacked more than 2 weeks ago, and my ultimate team is gone.So my case was escalated to a concerned team specialists for investigation.I have waited 2 weeks with no response, this is disrespectful for customers, because we play a game with limited time, because in september we have to buy the new one.I lost 3 weekend leagues and potential prizes, Ultimate Team is only about this competitions.
I understood the world situation, but the first advisor told me first to wait 72 hour max, the second one 3-5 days, now it's been 16 days with no response, this is a big LIE!
I hope that nobody will have such a bad experience like me!
Thank you EA, after we invest time and money in this game, this is the way we are treated.
