Hello, my EA Account on Origin PC was recently suspended and I don't know why?

I had just bought Origin Basic Access and I left my PC on to download BF 5, when I come back 3 hours later I can't seem to log in, took me some time to find out my account was suspended.

It wont say why or how, no email regarding the suspension, EA took my money for basic access and suspended my account 3 hours later, why ??

This is just infuriating as I spent money just to get suspended without being told why
