So my account was hacked (case number 56544792) half my team sold/missing and around 70000 coins used from my account. I reported the matter to ea. First I was told I was going to receive 500,000 coins compensation to rebuy my lost content.  This was while I was on the helpline with an advisor after being cut off 5 times mi conversation on the helpline. Then I was told due to the content missing being over 500,000 coins my case had to be passed to a senior team who would investigate. I was told this would all be resolved in a. Week more or less. 3 weeks passed and without contact. I finally received an email stating there was no evidence to support my claim and I would not be compensated anything. No option to appeal. No reason why my claim was treated as not valid. I feel cheated especially as it is the first year I bought FIFA coins and now they effectively have been stolen. THANK YOU EA. You would have thought that in his time when most of Europe is in quarantine that they would be more sympathetic but no.
