Fifa 20 Ultimate team name and Est date not carried over

I recently purchased fifa 20 and went onto ultimate team to find that my team hasn't carried over. The est date is now 2020 as opposed to 2013 and the name is now a random name. 

 

This also means I haven't got any loyalty packs for the 7 years I've been playing fifa.

I have since deleted this random team in the hopes it will resolve but it hasn't. 

 

Please can I have this fixed, my account is nick0892 and have been playing on ps4.

I too am having this issue now. Ultimate team name, est date didn’t carry over, thus not rewarded with loyalty packs. And I received special kit packs when first started ultimate team in Fifa 20, but now that’s gone also.

 

Didn’t have this issue in the previous titles. My psn id : ajed316

 

Please assist and solve this matter ASAP
