No Rivals coins/points awarded for completed match and missing packs
I have played 3 games this morning in completing the CONMEBOL Libertadores objectives - 2 online friendlies and 1 division rivals game. All games were completed without me quitting out of them.
I received no match coins from any of the games, nor any rivals points from the rivals match. However, the games did count towards completing the objectives.
I received the individual rewards for the 'Finishing Touch' and 'Assist and Score' but the group reward pack (premium gold players) was awarded but immeadiately went missing from my account after it was claimed. The objective still shows on my account as completed.
This also happened with a 2 player pack I claimed having completed the Torino objective in the 'Serie A League Player' during the rivals match.
I have spoken to EA chat and the only thing they advised was to post the message on here.
I hope this can be cleared up soon, as I am wary of starting any more games and not receiving any rivals points for them, or losing any further reward packs I may earn.
