Direct x error

I just bought a game and tried to open but direct x error pop out . I changed directx from 0 to 1 in fifa documents and many other things but nothing works

I somehow managed to fix that but when i try to play divison rivals soon as match search start it crashes without any message

Gotcha, can you try these steps https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/#updatedrivers to ensure you have the latest drivers installed and let me know if that helps?
