Got DNF at a fut champs game

I was winning against my opponent 2-0 and EA said I got disconnected and I lost my last Fut Champs game. I should be at gold 3 but because of the disconnection I did not hit gold 3. Is there a way you can give me my win back

It's a general problem, but EA ignores us.

It's not just they didn't give any compensation, they didn't even respond to our topics about this issue.

It's completely void, you can hear crickets chirping when you expect an explanation from them.
