View Freeze when open

Freeze when open

When I open the game,the screen freezes 3 seconds after (inside the game),I can still hear the game running but I can not do anything.When I Alt+Tab I can see that the game is running and is working and then I click on the game once again,works for 3 seconds and freezes.I have to play by Alt+Tabbing every now and then to see something.
