SBC TOTW-upgrade untradeble Futmass..   did it once, got 79 rated player.. second time.. the system crashes.. log back in.. do the SBC. and it gives me a duplicate..????!!????

next day i open 4 totw upgrade SBC's because.. after getting a 81 rated player and a 78 rated duplicate player because i already got them from FUT CHAMP rewards.. the next attempt.. again.. 

my system crashes.. log back in again.. do the sbc and get the exact same player?? i think what are the odds?? so i tried for a 6th time.. and again a freaking 81 rated duplicate player?? now see this aint even possible in no freaking way?? why does the sbc disconnect me from the ea servers?? why do i get 79 78 81 rated players when i have to give 83 rated squad? (you should give a warning about this)? and how in the word is it possible that i only get duplicates?? 

I tried to connect ea about it.. and WOW what a mess.. after calling them (waiting 15 to 20 minutes) the guy says he understands that its a problem but he is not the one i should speak to.. when i ask who to speak to he gives me this website.. so here i am?? still dont know how to connect with the right person about this issue?  

Anyone out here can help me with this??
