It’s been happening for about 2 days now I can’t go on ultimate or the game just crashes i am in ps4

I got back on this way. Do we get out fit champions points back? Only got to play 3 games

Hi there, @certified_N0nce6,

I'm sorry for all the frustration you're experiencing. Hopefully, the steps below will help -

1. Go to the PS4 Settings > Account Management, and select Restore Licenses. Click OK when done.
2. Go to the internet settings -> network -> set up internet connection -> Wifi/LAN (depending which he uses) -> custom on the Playstation and fill in primary 1.1.1.1. and 1.0.0.1. as secondary.

Try playing again and let me know what happens. Thanks!
