How to Change Origin Email for Fifa 20 (Switch)

Someone changed my account email linked to my Fifa 20 on Switch...

So when i try to play online, it asks me for verification, but with only 2 options: Code via "email from hacker" or Code via Autenticator (Useless)

My account is Ok, everything Ok, but i cant change my email, so i cant play online..

Any help?
