Hi EA,

I was just 3-0 up in Weekend League, the game disconnected, now it’s given me a loss. Why has this happened?

Also, the following game I was 2-0 down inside 20 minutes, got another disconnect, now that’s also an automatic loss.

I’m not the greatest FIFA player, and I rarely get enough time to complete a full WL, so it’s incredibly frustrating to be given 2 losses through no fault of my own.

Please fix your services, or at least teach the system to recognise when you’ve caused a crash so players aren’t negatively impacted.
