Can't connect companion app to my game (switch)

Hello all,

 

I am having trouble to get the companion app going for my fifa 20 game on nintendo switch. When I login into the app the app states that my account is not connected to a fifa 20 game.

 

I have send some e-mails but the supportteam unfortunately fail to help properly. 

 

Please help.

I have emailed back and forth with the supportteam for over a week and they couldn't tell me this.

 

That's too bad, the switch game isn't what the other platforms have.

Is it expected to change?

Hi @hugelaar,

The Switch version of FIFA 20 does not have access to the Web or Companion apps at this time.
